Not just bc I love the set up of this Gym and the layout And the sauna ! And all the other Workout equipment I love it all but specifically for one main reason why I give yall 5 stars is the level of customer service customer support and customer satisfaction that I get from your night shift worker Jeff! I live on the south side of town. I could easily go to the southside gym. Or any other Gym at that! But how friendly Jeff is how supportive he cares to hear. He engages in good conversations. Keeps everything well stocked as soon as he comes in, he’s stocking up everything up and getting ready to go! I really do appreciate that I’ve Have came to the gym earlier A few times and it wasnt stocked up by the time I’m leaving and Jeff is clocking in on my early nights. He’s immediately filling up tissue paper. I’m like dang I wish You were here a little bit ago hahaha I’ve genuinely built a good friendship with this guy. He’s also showed me proper ways to work out because you know I was learning as I go and the Gym has became kind of an outlet for me and I love it and I’m very thankful for it and I’m just thankful for that kind of customer service knowing that if I’m not doing the best

I just want to leave a positive review about this location. When I started my fitness journey I was weighing in at 560lbs. And the staff that has worked here since I started and throughout my years there have been nothing but welcoming and also very personable. They’ve never failed to motivate me and continue to show support. Mario has done a great job in maintaining the staff there over the years and does a great job of the new hires. It is because of the close support and the friendly environment that I can’t see myself going to any other fitness club. I have made some great friends and overall progress in my fitness journey going to this location. Although they have other locations this one and the community of people that go here is the reason why I enjoy coming to this location. Guys like Mario, Harvey, Abel and even the young ladies that work there are a great team. It’s been a pleasure to go here and the owner should be proud of his staff there. They’re truly building relationships and care for the goals of the people pursuing their fitness journey

I absolutely love Just Move Gym! The atmosphere is always welcoming, the equipment is clean and well-maintained, and it’s a great place to stay motivated and consistent with workouts. One of the biggest reasons I enjoy coming here is because of the staff—especially Anais. She is truly amazing! From day one, she helped me figure everything out and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She’s always so friendly, approachable, and has a smile on her face every time I see her. It really makes a difference when someone genuinely cares about helping members feel comfortable and confident.

I truly love this gym. I joined last year as part of my “new year, new me” commitment, and from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The shake and smoothie bar is excellent. I have dietary restrictions, and every time I order a shake, the staff takes care to ensure the ingredients are safe for me. If you ever have questions, Jonah is especially helpful. The facility is consistently clean. Spotless, actually. The janitorial staff is always present, keeping equipment and common areas wiped down and sanitized. The team overall is friendly, professional, and approachable. It’s clear that management is intentional about hiring the right people. Mario, the manager, does an outstanding job. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, he’s addressed it promptly and with a positive attitude, no matter how big or small. He has the gym running like a well-oiled machine, and it continues to improve over time.

Love this place! Mario as a manager is killing it here. I love that we can lift heavy without being told not to stop. Bathrooms are super clean. Plenty of machines. Always have plenty of wipes for wiping machines. I've been coming here for 6 weeks. The staff is always friendly and the shakes are awesome. Have and will continue to recommend this place. Keep it up. Love it here!
